Ruffle Edge ribbon flowers........

Our lovely DT member Sasha made this beautiful card using Ruffle Edge Sheer ribbon.  The flowers were also made with the ribbon aren't they pretty? If you'd like to try these here are Sasha's simple instructions;

To make the flowers you will need approximately 15cm (6inches) of ruffle edged ribbon, fold the ribbon in half width ways, so that both ruffle edges are brought together.  Do running stitches along the full length of the folded edge, then pull to gather and secure with a few back stitches.  Now join to form the flower and attach to your card.

So simple and yet so pretty!!!  Why not have a go yourself, we'd love to see your designs!

Introducing the Design Team....

Well the big day has arrived and I am so proud of my new little shop! Thank you for taking the time to visit and I hope that you will have a little look at The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop. You can also look forward to lots of challenges (with prizes Yay!!) and the odd giveaway too.

Today I want to introduce you to the Design team;

Jane - I am sure many of you already recognize Jane's wonderful work, her attention to detail is outstanding.

Sasha - I just love Sasha's style, wait til you see her crochet flowers, just adorable.

Peet - Well I have been a fan of Peet's cards for a long time, her style is very distinctive and I can't wait to see what she does with our ribbons.

Mina - Another familiar face to many of us, Mina loves to use ribbons on her projects, her colouring skills are top notch.

Sarah - that's me!  you'll soon realise flowers and ribbon are my obsession, I use them on just about everthing!
